Video: A mosque, temple, church and synagogue – Hong Kong’s places of worship in 360°

Producer Timo Chui has created four videos with 360-degree views of Hong Kong’s places of worship, as part of a series called “Sanctuary.”

Uploaded by 360 Asia, the videos feature the Ohel Leah synagogue, the Kowloon Masjid, Khalsa Diwan, and St. John’s Cathedral. They represent Jewish, Muslim, Sikh, and Anglican Christian places of worship respectively.

“Hong Kong is home to China’s most vibrant and diverse collection of major religions which have flourished in the city for more than a century,” 360 Asia says.

The Ohel Leah Synagogue is located in Mid-Levels. The first in the series, the video was created with the help of Rabbi Asher Oser and Howard Elias.

The second video features the Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre. It was created with the assistance of Mufti Muhammad Arshad.

The third video features Khalsa Diwan Sikh temple in Wan Chai and involved help from Balwinder Singh.

The fourth video shows St. John’s Cathedral, located in Central. It was created with the help of Maggie Chan.
